In our last newsletter, we said that the abortion lobby has stepped up its attacks on crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) in recent years. One of the examples we gave was NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland's undercover "investigative report" of 42 CPCs in that state and its use of abortion-friendly legislators and journalists in a propaganda campaign meant to discredit CPCs and discourage pregnant mothers from seeking CPC assistance. The purpose of the abortion lobby's national propaganda effort is to protect its financial interests by impeding efforts to warn women about the well-established risks of abortion, such as breast cancer, premature birth and emotional harm.
Angela Lanfranchi, MD, FACS, clinical assistant professor of surgery at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, testified before Maryland's Senate Finance Committee in March 2008. We are providing her oral testimony by clicking here.
ACTION ITEM: Why not send Dr. Lanfranchi's testimony to your local obstetrician/gynecologist's and oncologist's offices so they can educate themselves about the breast cancer risk associated with abortion? Why not take her testimony with you when you go for your next mammogram? Or why not educate the feminists who lead Susan G. Komen for the Cure?
